In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the rpvip1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rpvip1 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the rpvip1 responsible gaming tools or imposed externally.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of rpvip1 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You accept full personal responsibility for determining whether accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. rpvip1 operates under international offshore licensing; Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Each User may hold one Account only. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or via shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

rpvip1 is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of its platform through a mandatory identity verification process. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

The standard documents required for KYC verification are:

• National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk): A clear photo or scan of the front and back of your valid Indonesian national ID. The name on the KTP must exactly match the name registered on your Account.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full legal name and current residential address, dated within the previous three months.

Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Liga 1 fixtures, tournament organisers for e-sports events).
• In the event of a clearly erroneous price being offered (a "palpable error"), rpvip1 reserves the right to void affected bets at any time, including after settlement, and to refund the original stake.
• Live bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability. rpvip1 is not responsible for bets lost due to connection interruptions on the User's end.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times. Results are final once published. Ticket purchases are non-refundable after draw closure.
• Casino and slot games are operated by licensed third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe). Game-specific rules are governed by each provider's certified RNG and published RTP documentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rpvip1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or shared IP address.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit Platform features.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to generate systematic profit (so-called "arbitrage" exploitation of Platform errors).
• Allowing any other person to use your Account or accessing another person's Account without their explicit consent.

All content on the rpvip1 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "rpvip1", logos, graphics, text, software code, game content, odds data, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of rpvip1 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, scraping, reselling, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from rpvip1.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpvip1 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from User error, including incorrect bet selections, wrong amounts staked, or missed withdrawal deadlines.
• Any consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from use of or inability to access the Platform, including lost winnings from technical outages beyond rpvip1's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Users based on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform that later prove inaccurate due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to a User's Account where rpvip1 cannot be shown to have contributed to the breach through its own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits rpvip1's liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

rpvip1's total aggregate liability to any User arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the User's deposited funds at the time of the relevant incident.

rpvip1 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, rpvip1 processes personal data for the following purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and service improvement. rpvip1 does not sell User personal data to third-party marketers. Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations and rpvip1's internal data retention schedule.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to rpvip1's legal obligations to retain certain records. Requests may be directed to [email protected].

rpvip1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible via the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications displaying your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion (Cooling-Off): Suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this period, you will be unable to log in or place bets.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvip1 holds its international operating licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of Indonesia, the provisions of these Terms shall apply to the extent permitted by law, and any unenforceable provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rpvip1 Platform shall first be referred to rpvip1's customer support team for attempted resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved at the customer support level within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
